Your legal right to cancel (UK and EEA customers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase. Where you have asked us to start your subscription immediately, we may refund you less a proportionate amount for the period you have had access. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and it won't renew after that.
How payments and refunds are handled
Most purchases are made directly through Stripe, with Cognito Education Limited as the seller, and we process those refunds ourselves. Some international purchases are made through Paddle.com, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record for those orders; we still handle your support and process the refund, and you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
