How do I know if I've properly learned a topic in Physical Education?

The best sign that you've genuinely learned a topic in OCR PE is when you can do three things with the content: define the key terms accurately, apply them to a sporting example you haven't been specifically told about, and start to analyse or evaluate what's happening in that scenario.

If you stumble on a question, that's useful feedback rather than a reason to worry. OCR's written components (J587/01 and J587/02) each use a mixture of objective response and multiple-choice questions, short answers, and extended response items, where the extended questions ask you to construct a sustained line of reasoning.
