Cardiovascular endurance
Cardiovascular endurance, also known as stamina, is the ability to continue exercising while getting energy for muscular movement from aerobic respiration. This component involves the heart and lungs working together to supply oxygen to the muscles during exercise.
With high cardiovascular endurance, your body can supply oxygen for moderately intense, aerobic, whole-body exercise for a long time.

- Essential for most sports, especially endurance activities like long-distance running or cycling.
- Helps athletes sustain performance without tiring quickly.
Muscular endurance
